All services are subject to availability and project scope agreements.

🧾 Quotes, Proposals & Payment

• Quotes and proposals are valid for 30 days from the issue date.
• A deposit may be required before project commencement.
• Final payments must be made upon completion and before project delivery unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payments may result in project delays or service suspension.

🎨 Intellectual Property

• We retain copyright on original designs and concepts until full payment is received.
• Upon payment, clients are granted usage rights as agreed (e.g., commercial, digital, print).
• Reproduction or modification of our work without consent is prohibited.

🔄 Revisions & Modifications

• Projects include a set number of revisions, defined in the proposal.
• Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
• Major scope changes will require a revised proposal and quote.

🛠️ Technical Support & Maintenance

• Support is available for websites we develop, within a defined timeframe (e.g., 30 days post-launch).
• Ongoing maintenance packages may be offered separately.
• We are not liable for third-party service disruptions (e.g., hosting providers).

🚫 Limitation of Liability

• Ushaka Designs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from the use of our services.
• While we strive for error-free deliverables, we recommend final proofreading and testing by the client.

🔐 Privacy & Data

We handle user data according to our Privacy Policy. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and lawful content and data.

📦 Third-Party Tools & Integrations

• We may integrate third-party services (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Pixel).
• Use of these tools is subject to their respective terms and policies.
• We are not responsible for changes or limitations in third-party services.

📌 Termination

• Either party may terminate a project with written notice.
• In the event of termination, completed work will be billed accordingly.
• In some instances, additional cost may be billed for third party applications or products.
• Deposits may be non-refundable depending on progress.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in KwaZulu-Natal.
